 Prosciutto, Basil and Melon Arugula Salad


Ingredients:

  • Agugula
  • Fresh basil, chiffonade
  • Prosciutto, tear into strips
  • Cantaloupe , cut into chunks or used a melon baller
  • Green melon, cut into chunks or use a melon baller
  • Burrata, 2 balls torn into chunks
  • Balsamic glaze to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • Flaky salt to taste

Steps:
Assemble salad by combining all ingredients on a plate. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze, flaky salt and pepper to taste.
