Prosciutto, Basil and Melon Arugula Salad
Ingredients:
- Agugula
- Fresh basil, chiffonade
- Prosciutto, tear into strips
- Cantaloupe , cut into chunks or used a melon baller
- Green melon, cut into chunks or use a melon baller
- Burrata, 2 balls torn into chunks
- Balsamic glaze to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- Flaky salt to taste
Steps:
Assemble salad by combining all ingredients on a plate. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze, flaky salt and pepper to taste.
