Ingredients:
3/4 cup full fat real Mayonnaise, I use Hellman's, Dukes and Blue Plate are also good alternatives or homemade if you're feeling ambitious
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp Hot Steve chili salt or table salt, get it here Hot Steve salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp creamy horseradish
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp liquid smoke, get it here Liquid Smoke
Steps:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until creamy and well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight before using.
You can brush this sauce on corn on the cob, it is also great on chicken, chicken wings and other grilled meats. It can also be used as a marinade.
